It is time to celebrate our achievements in the UNDERWATER WORLD, and come along to our Awards Dinner and Dance.

Starters

Smoked Chicken, Avocado & Mango Salad (House smoked chicken, avocado, mango, rocket, sweet chilli & citrus dressing)

Smoked Salmon (Fennel, rocket & orange salad, mustard, citrus & caper dressing)

Vegetarian Option Avocado & Mango Salad

Main course (All served with family style roasted potatoes, cauliflower cheese, roasted vegetables, cabbage, Yorkshire pudding & gravy)

Roast Loin of Pork (With apple sauce and crackling)

Roast Topside of Beef (Served medium with Horseradish sauce)

Vegetarian option Nut Roast

Desserts

Warm Chocolate Brownie (Chocolate almond crumb, chocolate syrup, cookie dough biscotti gelato)

Cheeseboard (Mature cheddar, brie & stilton, served with grapes, celery, apricot chutney & crackers)

Children aged 12 and under are welcome, and there will be a reduced price for them. If that is the case please advise through Christine to arrange. Any children that attend do need to be with a parent/guardian. Again, any other questions or requests please do that through Christine.
