Porthkerris RHIB

I’m running the annual pilgrimage to Porthkerris this year, set for the weekend of 2-3 July diving on the Sat & Sun. Porthkerris is a great location for shore diving, a sociable club trip, and an escape from it all, and good if you want to bring the family as well. For our new members, Porthkerris is a great location for gaining experience and finish any training. The visibility can be great, and there’s a pleasant shore dive to enjoy to about 12m max depth, as well as similar depth dives from our boat in the local waters The facilities are next to the beach, so you really don’t need to go anywhere once you’re there.

Accommodation at Porthkerris is camping (they do have some self-catering accommodation which at the moment is fully booked) and pitches for campervans for those who are suitably equipped. I have put a hold on the Shore Diving camping area under my name for the nights of 1-3 July, so we’ll all be in the same place. If you’re planning to do that please contact Jo at Porthkerris (info@porthkerris.com or 01326 280620) and get pencilled in against our booking.  No monies required at this stage, but an accommodation booking shows commitment!
