Annual General Meeting

The 2017 Club AGM will be on Wednesday 18th October and will be held in the function room at the Cheeserollers Pub in Shurdington. The plan is to meet at 6:30 ready to start at 7pm start.

As previously mentioned, All members are invited to vote in order to fill the officer positions on the committee for the next year.  The people currently occupying the following roles have decided to step down at the AGM,

Secretary
Treasurer
Membership Secretary

If you would like to stand for any of these positions, or join the committee in a non-officer position, then please let me know asap so I can document the nominations ready for a vote on the night.

Please do remember that in order to function the club does need certain committee roles to be filled, so if you have some spare time and are willing to help then please to let us know.
