Isle of Skye
I am organising a dive trip to the Isle of Skye in April 2016, obviously the aim is to take 12 divers from 332, however if on this occasion we are unable to fill it with our own club members I shall open it up to surrounding BSAC clubs. This trip is open to all qualified divers.
Skye is the perfect island location: set like a jewel in the Sea of the Hebrides, is the largest of the Inner Hebridean Islands. Centrally placed in The Minch, it offers some of the finest European and British diving available. Remote yet accessible, ‘Dive & Sea the Hebrides’, is the perfect island location for your expedition. Clear and clean these waters present a largely, unexplored photographers paradise, and for those that simply seek escape or adventure, there is plenty to uncover. This exhilarating dive experience, with no queues at the shot-line means the dive-site really is yours to escape to! In-water encounters with a basking shark remain an occasional lucky treat, whilst sightings are become increasingly more common. Accompanied to the dive site by porpoise or dolphins, a glimpse of a whale makes an even more special day.
If the trip is filled with 12 divers the cost will be £200 per person. You will receive 3 nights’ (self-catering) accommodation, 6 dives from a hard boat and free air fills.
I require a (non-refundable) deposit of £50 from those interested parties payable by 18th December 2015, the outstanding balance of £150 pp must be paid no later than 28th February.
