Summer BBQ
As previously notified, the clubs summer BBQ will be held at Cromhall Quarry on Saturday 20th August.
The BBQ will begin producing a steady supply of Sausages and Burgers at midday and for the obscenely low price of £3. Tea and Coffee will be available for any spare change you have, if you have no spare change after paying your £3 food bill then we will settle for a quick song and dance for a drink. Juggling and magic tricks will also be accepted as payment for a hot drink.
As we are a dive club and are at a quarry which has a bit of water in it, there will be a few people diving. Meeting time for those wanting to get two dives in before eating will be 9 am (ish). We are more than happy for people to make their own schedule if they have a buddy but please do let us know your plans so we can make sure that Scott doesn’t eat all of the food!! If you need a buddy or would like to get some training done then please shout early so we can try and make some arrangement.
It would help us with the organising if we could get a rough idea of numbers for the day and whether you will be diving. Could you please contact me or alternatively let Anne know as she is co-organiser for the BBQ.
You are of course welcome to bring your own food but the priority must be given for cooking for the majority first.
