Annual General Meeting
Cotswold BSAC 332 Annual General Meeting will be taking place on 20th October at 7:30pm in the Churchdown Club function room.
The evening will kick off with a presentation by West Midlands Regional BSAC on the training and support on offer to members of the Branch. This presentation is expected to last approximately 30 mins after which the AGM will follow.
Both members and ‘Friends’ of BSAC Cotswold 332 are welcome to the 2016 AGM as it is great opportunity for a bit of social catch-up over a pint or two. However, only members will be eligible to vote on matters raised at the AGM. Any motions should be submitted to the Secretary by 10th October please.
The Club Officers and Committee Post nomination form will be available at pool nights from Friday 16th September in the run up to the AGM. However, if you are unable to attend a pool night, but would like to propose or ‘second’ someone on the list (or nominate anyone who is not yet on the list) please email Jacqui and I will record your nomination accordingly.
We will also be opening the voting for the Member of the Year Award on the evening of the AGM. As you will know this is a special Award as it is a sign of respect and thanks from all the members of the Club to the person receiving the Award. You may wish to vote for a member who has organised lots of diving or social events, done a lot for the Club ‘behind the scenes’, who has done lots to help you with your diving, or for any other reason you feel this person deserves to be recognised. Many people in the Club have done many things, so not voting for someone means you are not supporting your Club…
